Refund policy
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept* a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, based on meeting the below criteria.
*Unless the item is indicated as FINAL sale, in which case there are no returns, or exchanges.
- Item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Provided Proof of Purchase
- Within 30 days of delivery, you must email tanner@spectrom.ca and request an RA (return authorization) number.
- All items must be accompanied by an RA number clearly written on the return label - failure to comply with this may cause delays in your refund.
- All returns must be shipped out and headed back to Spectrom Products Inc’s warehouses within 10 days of the RA being issued.
· If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, however customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Once our warehouse receives your item(s) back they will be inspected. Provided it meets as-new condition, we will issue a refund less any restocking fees and return shipping fees.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Exchanges & Order Issues:
If your product arrives damaged or incomplete please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a detailed description of the issue along with photos and a copy of your packing slip. We will work to take care of the rest.
